Supervisor/Bartender

About the role
This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or operational experience who enjoys being on the ground, working across logistics, setup, bar service, and event pack-down. Your days will be split between the warehouse and event locations

Key responsibilities

  • Hands-on event setup, service support, and pack-down

  • Operating and managing mobile bar vans on-site

    Warehouse preparation, stock management, and pack-down

  • Transporting vans, equipment, and stock to and from events

  • On-site client-facing support to ensure smooth event delivery

  • Ensuring compliance with RSA, safety, and operational procedures

  • Supporting busy periods, including early starts and late finishes where required

Essential requirements

  • Full Australian driver's licence

  • Manual driving ability

  • Current RSA

  • Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)

  • Available to work Friday and Saturday, with varying hours

  • Strong organisational skills and a practical, can-do attitude

  • Australian work rights required at time of application

Highly advantageous (not mandatory)

  • Hospitality supervisor or bar management experience

  • Warehouse operations experience

  • Experience driving trailers

  • Experience working with mobile bars, catering, festivals, or outdoor events
